Sheet music

  1. 1Hear the blessed Savior calling the oppressed,"O ye heavy laden, come to me and rest;Come, no longer tarry,I your load will bear,Bring me ev'ry burden, bring me ev'ry care."Come (Come unto me,) unto me, (come unto me,)I (I will give you rest,) will give your rest;(I will give you rest;)Take (Take my yoke upon you,) my yoke upon you,(Take my yoke upon you,)
  2. 2Hear (Hear me and be blest,) me and be blest;(hear me and be blest, For)I (I am meek and lowly,) am meek and lowly, (I am meek and lowly;)Come (Come and trust my might,) and trust my might;(Come and trust my might;)Come, (Come, O come,) my yoke is easy, (Come, my yoke is easy,)And (Come, O come, yes,) my burden's light.(Come, my burden's light.)Come (Come unto me,) unto me, (come unto me,)I (I will give you rest,) will give your rest;(I will give you rest;)Take (Take my yoke upon you,) my yoke upon you,(Take my yoke upon you,)
  3. 3Are you disappointed, wand'ring here and there,Dragging chains of doubt and loaded down with care?Do unholy feelings struggle in your breast?Bring your case to Jesus,He will give you rest.Come (Come unto me,) unto me, (come unto me,)I (I will give you rest,) will give your rest;(I will give you rest;)Take (Take my yoke upon you,) my yoke upon you,(Take my yoke upon you,)
  4. 4Stumbling on the mountains dark with sin and shame,Stumbling tow'rd the pit of hell's consuming flame,By the pow'rs of sin deluded and oppressed,Hear the tender Shepherd,–"Come to Me and rest."Come (Come unto me,) unto me, (come unto me,)I (I will give you rest,) will give your rest;(I will give you rest;)Take (Take my yoke upon you,) my yoke upon you,(Take my yoke upon you,)
  5. 5Have you by temptaion often conquer'd been,Has a sense of weakness brought distress within?Christ will sanctify you, if you'll claim His best,In the Holy Spirit,He will give you rest.Come (Come unto me,) unto me, (come unto me,)I (I will give you rest,) will give your rest;(I will give you rest;)Take (Take my yoke upon you,) my yoke upon you,(Take my yoke upon you,)
